We loved our stay here. Must admit at first arrival we were not sure, seemed so large and we were not sure how it all worked. We shouldn’t have worried, the staff were wonderful and everything great. The two bedroom villa with pool was amazing. Our mouths literally opened as we walked in, so much space just for two people. Be aware that no cooking or cutlery in the kitchen but I am sure if you needed you could ask. Who wants to cook when everything is included anyway!! Glasses, cups and coffee/tea making provided in Villa. Beautiful comfy bed, towels and lounge. Lovely outside private pool. Tuk tuk to get you around the resort were very quick. You dial 1 on phone to request, they say open door and wait for up to 10 minutes, but we never waited more than 2. Service was very quick and well organised. Buffet at Menorca was fine. Did get a little busy, but this is to be expected! The pool area at Ibiza was amazing. The prawn tacos on the snack menu there were my favourite! Free flow drinks at buffet and by the pool from a select menu. Wines and beers good, cocktails okay. This place can feel a little ‘fake’, but still a wonderful place to stay while you visit Vin Wonders, Grand World and the Safari Park. Perfect for families! Would be good tho to split time between here and further south to get a different feel for Phu Quoc and also visit cable cars.

“Amazing”

Mind blowing, if not slightly overwhelming at first. We were looking at some r and r and this place delivered perfectly. By the time we left we were truly relaxed. Buffet meals were good and the daily snack menu was perfect when we wanted something different. Bed super comfortable. Just amazing.

Wonderful gardens with piped-in music, romantic landscape with well-maintained flower beds, frangipani trees and swaying palms. The large pool, cabanas, hammocks and deck-chairs provided ultimate relaxation and at night the sky was spangled with stars while the roaring surf at the beach was spectacular. Facilities were constantly cleaned in spite of the many guests using them. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully-designed to provide comfort and convenience especially with the king-size bed and sunny balcony for drying wet swimsuits. Food was excellent, from the lavish breakfasts which provided for all tastes and outstanding for local cuisine like the pho and do-it-yourself banhmi. Full board was much appreciated as we were able to sample excellent Spanish dishes like the seafood paella and gazpacho. However the so-called afternoon tea was annoying as we had to produce a voucher to claim the unappetizing sponge cakes and almost beg for the tea which was so grudgingly given. The service staff here unlike everywhere else in the resort seemed untrained to deal with such a simple task. We ended up not coming anymore for this 'tea', not classy at all. However, most of the time, staff were kind and helpful, especially with the booking of transport to the airport where the driver got us there in good time and was so helpful with the luggage.
