This was exactly the kind of holiday we had been hoping for peaceful, unhurried, and surrounded by nature. The resort is very large, so getting around mainly depends on the buggy service. We did have to wait a few minutes a couple of times during busy periods, but honestly, it never really bothered us. Once we settled into the slower rhythm of the resort, it simply became part of the experience. One of my favorite moments was joining the morning yoga session before breakfast, with nothing but fresh air and lush greenery around us. The rest of the day was spent between the beach, the pool, and quiet walks around the resort. Even an afternoon rain shower made everything feel fresher and more peaceful. The staff were always warm and helpful, and although they were clearly busy at times. We left feeling rested, recharged, and already talking about coming back one day.

They were always around if we needed help and regularly checked that everything was going well, even for the smallest things. Those little touches made the holiday feel warm and personal. We were looking for a peaceful family holiday, and Melia Vinpearl was the right choice. We requested a quieter villa at check-in, and the team genuinely tried to accommodate us. Throughout our stay, the Guest Experience Team was always available when needed but never intrusive. They even checked our preferred housekeeping time, which showed they respected our privacy. The resort is spacious, green, the beach is beautiful, the buffet has lots of options, and getting around by buggy is easy. We left very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

The hotel is located in the north very close to Vinwonders theme park, Vinsafari and grand world. The hotel also has free shuttle buses to all locations, however the grab cabs are also quite cheap. They sell discounted tickets to all attractions at the front desk. The hotel itself is massive, you need the buggy service to get around everywhere, beach, pool, breakfast, reception. Etc We stayed in the 1 bedroom pool villa. Which actually had 2 rooms 😁. The pool was small but clean. Not much of a view from our room. Given the size of the hotel there were tons of people everywhere (pool, reception, breakfast etc) although service was good, did not have to wait much for anything l. If you plan to do the attractions while in Phu quoc this is a great place to stay.
